18:00- 19:00 – Arrivals and opportunities for pictures in the beautiful grounds of the venue

19:00 – 19:30 – Welcomes by one of the hosts and students find their seats., voting will also open for some awards

19:30 – 21:00 – Buffet meal, awards, photo booth opens, message boards can be signed

21:00 – 21:15-  Final awards ‘Prom Queen’, ‘Prom King’, ‘Prom Prince’, ‘Prom Princess’ and ‘Best Dressed’.

21:15- 23:00- Dance party time!
