At Weston Secondary school we recognise the importance of effective, clear and simple home school communication. Classcharts is an online platform that provides parents and carers with instant access to important information about their child(, including behaviour, achievements, homework, attendance and timetables. Available via a website and mobile app, it helps parents stay connected and engaged in their child’s education.

Via the platform parent can easily view their child’s day at school and communicate directly with teachers. Classcharts and MCAS combined provide parents with a comprehensive view of their child school journey. 

Registering for ClassCharts

To access ClassCharts, you will need the Parent Access Code provided by the school. This unique code securely links your account to your child.

How to Register

1.                  Download the ClassCharts Parent App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or visit the ClassCharts website.

2.                  Select “Sign Up” and choose “I am a Parent”.

3.                  Enter the Parent Access Code provided by the school.

4.                  Enter your email address and create a secure password.

5.                  Complete registration and log in to access your child’s information.

Multiple Children?

If you have more than one child at the school, you can add their individual access codes to the same account, allowing you to view all of your children’s information in one place.

MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) is our online portal that allows parents and carers to access key information about their child’s progress as well as pay for resources, trips and visits. 

MyChildAtSchool is an easy-to-use system that offers a convenient way for parents to access a wide range of school-related information.

It allows parents to:

·     Check attendance information

·     View student reports.

·     View exam timetables and information.

·     Update information.

·     Top up cashless catering account and view information.

·     Pay for school trips and make purchases from the school shop.

You can access MCAS through a web browser or you can download the app available for iOS and Android devices. To help parents use this system, a user guide listed below
